The terms and conditions of using the website www.cobuild.ro (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) set out the conditions under which any person can visit or access the website www.cobuild.ro (hereinafter referred to as “Site” and/or “Cobuild”) and are considered an agreement concluded between the Cobuild Association, as owner and administrator of the Site and provider of Cobuild’s online services, and any person who visits or accesses the Site or wishes to use in any way or actually uses Cobuild’s online services (hereinafter referred to as “User”). Non-acceptance of these Terms and Conditions or any provision of these will obligate the respective person to immediately cease accessing the Site, and continuing to access or visit the Site, any page thereof and/or use of Cobuild’s online services, as well as any component thereof constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and any provisions thereof.
DEFINITIONS AND TERMS
AC – refers to the Cobuild Association.
Site – the domain www.cobuild.ro and its subdomains.
Campaign – the action of presenting a finite number of Goods and/or Services with limited and predefined stock for a limited period of time as determined by AC.
- all information on the Site that can be visited, viewed, or otherwise accessed using electronic equipment;
- content of any email sent to the person who registered online by AC via electronic means and/or any other means of communication available;
- any information communicated by any means by an employee/collaborator of AC, according to the contact information, specified or not by them;
information related to the Goods and/or Services and/or rates practiced by AC in a certain period;
- information related to the Goods and/or Services and/or rates practiced by a third party with whom AC has partnership contracts, in a certain period;
- data referring to AC, or other privileged data of it.

Newsletter – a means of periodic information, exclusively electronic, i.e., electronic mail (email, SMS) about the Goods and Services and/or promotions carried out by AC in a certain period, without any commitment from AC regarding the information contained therein.
